- 37 g high quality flavored protein powder I use 1st Phorm chocolate or cinnamon cake batter
- 6 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1-2 Tbsp coconut oil and 1 Tbsp and see how consistency is before you add a second. Usually I only need to use 1 Tbsp
- 3 Tbsp granulated Stevia
- 4 Tbsp milk
- 4 Tbsp ground almond meal can also use coconut flour
In a medium bowl mix together the protein powder, cocoa powder, almond meal, and stevia
Add in milk and 1 Tbsp of the coconut oil and stir until mixed thoroughly. Add in 1 more Tbsp of coconut oil if needed to create the consistency needed to roll into balls
Once everything is mixed together place in the refrigerator for 10-30 mins. this allows the mixture to harden a bit and allows you to more easily roll into balls.
Once rolled into balls place on a piece of parchment paper and continue to cool until hardened through (about 30 mins to 1 hr) then place in a sealed container and leave cold until you desire to eat.
