Prep your crockpot: Add the chicken breasts to the bottom of the crockpot.
Sauce it up: In a blender or a food processor, mix the buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, and cottage cheese. Pour this over the chicken.
Dice up ½ onion and add that to the crock pot
Set it and forget it: Cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours. The chicken will shred easily when it’s done.
Shred and serve: Use two forks to shred the chicken right in the crockpot, letting all those flavors soak in. Add the 4oz of reduced fat cream cheese while it’s still hot to melt. Stir until melted and serve!
