Macro tracking doesn’t have to be perfect, but believing that it does keeps so many people from trying it.

�I hear it from potential clients all the time. They don’t want to feel restricted and counting every macro can make them feel like they are always failing.

�So, in my coaching program, we’ve adopted the 5-10 rule. This rule allows clients to get within 5-10 grams of their macros and still crush their fitness goals. M��eal� planning and macro tracking should be a framework, not a prison sentence! 😉 Enjoy your food, make swaps when you need to, and remember: this is about building a sustainable lifestyle, not stressing over every gram.

❌ “Macro tracking is only for bodybuilders.”
Truth: Nope! Macro tracking is for EVERYONE. Whether you’re an athlete, a busy professional, or just looking to understand your food choices better, learning how to track macros is a super helpful skill. It helps you reach your goals in a more intentional way, no matter what those goals are.

❌ “All your meals will be boring and bland.”
Truth: Absolutely not! You’ll be amazed at how creative and delicious your meals can still be while hitting your macro targets. It’s all about balance and learning how to enjoy the foods you love while nourishing your body.

❌ “You have to track macros forever.”
Truth: Think of macro tracking like training wheels. It’s a tool to help you learn balance and get in tune with your body’s needs. Over time, you’ll get the hang of it and can navigate your food choices more intuitively without feeling the need to track everything.
