�Here’s how your going to travel this summer: 

First and foremost, adjust your expectations around tracking macros while traveling. It won’t be perfect, but you can still hit the “basics” to stay aligned with your health and fitness goals.

Here are my top 5 priorities when traveling:

💧Hydration: Aim for at least 90 oz of water per day, especially if consuming alcohol. This can also help regulate digestion and avoid the dreaded travel constipation.

🥩High Protein: grab high protein meals whenever possible and eat your protein first to help meet your daily protein goals and avoid overeating.

🏃‍♀️‍➡️Movement: prioritize walks and getting your steps in, even if you can’t do a full gym workout.

🥨Snacks: stock up on high-protein snacks to stay on track in between meals.

😴Sleep: might be a no brainer especially on vacation, but this is a great time to focus on rest and recovery! Ensure you get 8+ hours of sleep each night.
