Let’s just dive right in! This is a great workout for the whole body that requires NO EQUIPMENT. You can easily do this in the comfort of your own living room or even your hotel room if you are traveling and want to get in a great workout but don’t have a ton of time. Of course you can always ADD weight if you are wanting to increase the intensity of the workout but it is certainly not needed.
All you need for this workout is an interval timer. You can easily download a timer onto your smart phone. I have an iPhone and use an app called “Seconds-Interval Timer”. You can download this for free or get the pro version for $4.99. The Pro version allows you to save timers that you have created which I have found helpful but you can certainly get a lot of good use out of the free version and then decide if you would like to purchase the pro.

For this workout you will be doing 6 different exercises for 50 seconds each and 10 seconds of rest between each exercise. You will go 3 times through these exercises so set your timer for 18 rounds. Here are your exercises:
- Monkey Push Ups
- Skater Lateral Jumps
- Spider Push Ups
- Reverse Elevated Split Squat Jump-RIGHT
- Reverse Elevated Split Squat Jump-LEFT
- Mountain Climbers
