Welcome! I am so excited to be starting this blog and hope to provide TONS of great content including high quality workouts, such as this one, as well as helpful recipes, fitness tips, advice, injury prevention and so much more! Fitness and healthy living has been a passion of mine for so long and was one of the main driving factors in my decision to go to physical therapy school as well as specialize in orthopedics. I am absolutely fascinated with how the human body works and the physiology behind how our bodies respond to exercise and good nutrition. I hope to be able to motivate and inspire you all to continue to pursue your own fitness journey, whatever that looks like for you. This is a place for people to come and feel supported and motivated about exercise and healthy living!
I invite you to join me in this workout. It only takes 10-15 mins and can easily be done in the comfort of your own home with only a timer and a pair of dumbbells. You are going to perform this compound movement for as many reps as possible (AMRAP) during that 10 or 15 mins. Completely up to you on how long you decide to go. Feel free to post your comments including how many reps you were able to get in the time allotted 🙂
